Aerolite UP4145 is suitable both for industrial use as well as for smaller bonding operations. It is especially suitable for joinery, cabinetwork and assembly gluing, particularly when small amounts of glue mix are needed, or when demand is such that the use of a liquid adhesive is uneconomic
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are smooth, clean and free from dust or other deposits. Wood, plywood, laminated plastics should be of uniform thickness. Aerolite UP4145 should be mixed 2 parts by weight with 1 part by weight of water. It is not recommended that Aerolite UP4145 is mixed by volume
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Aerolite UP4145 should be stored in the original containers in a cool, dry place, at a temperature range of between 5°C and 30°C
